This psycho-educational class utilizes the framework of Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) to provide explanations and guidance for learning new skills to improve tolerance of stress and regulation of emotions, including management of anger. The class curriculum is made up of four modules: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotion Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. Participants will learn actionable skills that they can begin practicing and utilizing in their everyday lives.
