About Dr. Belle
Dr. Gregg Belle is a licensed forensic psychologist and clinical psychologist based in Massachusetts, with over 20 years of experience conducting forensic evaluations, risk assessments, and expert witness services. He holds a PhD in Clinical Psychology from Washington University in St. Louis and completed forensic specialization at UMass Medical School’s Law & Psychiatry Program.
Dr. Belle has performed hundreds of court-ordered evaluations, including competence to stand trial, criminal responsibility, sentencing evaluations, and sexual dangerousness assessments under Massachusetts General Laws (Chapter 123A, 123). He’s also served as an expert witness in Superior Courts statewide.
In addition to forensic work, Dr. Belle is active in training and academia—serving as an adjunct professor and consultant in correctional systems.
