Ms. Riendeau is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Massachusetts and a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of South Carolina. As a dedicated mental health therapist, she is passionate about supporting individuals in reducing anxiety, managing stress, and enhancing their overall quality of life. She frequently assists clients in working through anxiety, depression, sexual challenges, and major life transitions. Her approach is rooted in holistic, mindfulness, and lifestyle strategies that empower clients to take control of their mental well-being. She draws on a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, and the Good Lives Model to tailor treatment to each individual's unique needs and goals.

In addition to my general practice, Ms. Riendeau has extensive experience working with individuals involved in the criminal justice system, providing sex offender therapy, and supporting clients through complex life transitions. She believes in creating a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore their challenges, gain insights, and develop the tools they need to move forward with confidence. Additionally, Ms. Riendeau has experience working in community mental health and serving a diversity of clientele with wide ranging clinical issues including sexual challenges, personality and mood disorders. 

Ms. Riendeau has experience with psychological testing and forensic assessments including, but not limited to, the STABLE 2007, STATIC 99R, The Personality Assessment Inventory (PAI), HARE Psychopathy Checklist Revised, and various other forms of cognitive and personality testing. Additionally, Ms. Riendeau has experience in conducting group and individual treatment. 

Ms. Riendeau received her Bachelor’s of Science degree from University of South Dakota in 2018 and later received her Master’s of Arts in Forensic Mental Health Counseling from Roger Williams University in 2020.

Ms. Riendeau is committed to walking alongside clients on their journey to emotional well-being, fostering lasting change through compassion, skill-building, and a strong therapeutic alliance. She is available for individual mental health and sex offender treatment offered online via video. She is also available to conduct mental health and sex offender assessment and treatment evaluations.
