Private Pay Rates:
Individual Therapy (45–55 minutes): $120
Group Therapy: $40
If you do not wish to utilize insurance or do not have insurance, you are welcome to self-pay at the above rates.
We can provide documentation for out-of-network reimbursement upon request.
We provide mental health services to adults across Massachusetts, including:
Individuals seeking therapy or evaluations
Family members seeking support for a loved one
Attorneys, probation/parole officers, and other professionals referring clients
We also provide forensic evaluations and may be able to offer certain evaluations for juveniles.
Anyone is welcome to reach out — no referral is required.

Do you offer telehealth sessions?
Yes. We offer both telehealth and in-person services. Telehealth sessions are more widely available and allow us to serve clients statewide.
Do you offer both therapy and evaluations?
Yes. We provide individual therapy, group therapy, general mental health evaluations, and forensic evaluations.
Do you work with adults or adolescents?
We see adults for therapy services. We may be able to provide some evaluations (especially forensic evaluations) for adolescents — please contact us to discuss.
Do I need a referral to get started?
No. You do not need a referral. Anyone can reach out to us by phone or email.
How soon can I get an appointment?
Availability varies, but telehealth appointments are typically available sooner than in-person appointments. After an initial consultation, we can generally schedule an intake therapy session for individual therapy within the next 10 business days.
