FINDING BALANCE THROUGH MINDFULNESS & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION

This is a 4-week workshop taught by Dr. Angela Johnson and Dr. Stephanie Schwartz.  By the end of the sessions, participants can expect to learn skills that will help them to:

 

•        More effectively manage negative feelings of depression and anxiety;

•        Find Acceptance and the ability to cope with uncertainty;

•        Express thoughts and feelings positvely and effectively;

•        Thrive in difficult and unchanging circumstances.

The work shop will meet on Mondays May 6th, 13th, 20th and June 3rd.  It will be held at our office from 3:00-5:00 PM.
