FINDING BALANCE THROUGH MINDFULNESS & EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION


This is a 4 week workshop taught by Dr. Angela Johnson and Dr. Stephanie Schwartz. By the end of the sessions, participants can expect to learn skills that will help them to:

  1. More effectively manage negative feelings of depression and anxiety;

  2. Find acceptance and the ability to cope with uncertainty;

  3. Express thoughts and feelings positively and effectively;

  4. Thrive in difficult and unchanging circumstances.

This workshop will meet on Mondays May 6th, 13th, 20th and June 3rd.

Class will be held at our office from 3 to 5pm.

Cost is $200 for all 4 sessions.
